Thanks to my mother and father, I listened to a lot of the Eagles and Chicago in my days. I have CD's of all three bands in my car right now. I'm teaching my son the value of "classic" rock.

Truth, Justice and the American Way
Walter Becker died last year but Steely Dan is still together. They played at the Smoothie King Center a few months ago.
Smooth they are but if you listen to a lot of their stuff they do so very complex things musically.

Did the remake surpass the original on this one? I almost always prefer the originals. But imo, this one was done very, very well. For me, it's the beefed up guitar & faster tempo that kicks ass on the Bangles version.
