I like it. I'm going to look up more stuff by this band. Nice mellow rhythm and acoustics, by the looks has to be late 60's early 70's. .

Walter Becker died last year but Steely Dan is still together. They played at the Smoothie King Center a few months ago.

Smooth they are but if you listen to a lot of their stuff they do so very complex things musically.

Did the remake surpass the original on this one? I almost always prefer the originals. But imo, this one was done very, very well. For me, it's the beefed up guitar & faster tempo that kicks ass on the Bangles version.

Plus Susanna Hoffs (The Bangles) put a a Beach movie, I think the same year.

"The Allnighter" - She dances around in panties for a couple minutes.
