It's a new medical/hospital show on NBC Tuesday nights. It has a great cast and great story lines. I don't watch a lot of non sports network shows, but this is special. Any one else watching it?

Is it like an ER or Scrubs type of show? I used to watch both, working in an ER now these kinds of shows kind of drive me nuts.

I don't recall watching either of those shows.
ER was more a prime time drama show, depicted scenarios in an ER setting. Had a pretty godd cast, George Clooney was a star of that show.

Scrubs was more of an ER comedy starring John C. McGinley (Platoon), Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, and Donald Faison... sow was funny as hell.

Hospital shows to me don’t ever show what’s really going on behind the scenes. That one on Showtime was probably the most legit. Where she is addicted to opiates. So many nurses are addicted to pain pills.

We had a nurse a while back who was found dead in a supply closet. O’d on propofol.

In other words if you don't want to be care for by a bunch of drooling junkies who will steal you pain medication while you lie in bed in agony don't get sick.

I work in the ER, been there 3 yrs, have another 2 before I am a nurse. And more than likely i'll end up being a career ER nurse.

I see the decline in society everyday and it's only getting worse.
