[What to Expect] Northwestern State vs. #4 LSU

What should we expect from LSU on Saturday when Northwestern State comes rolling in to town?

While I want to see LSU to continue to get comfortable playing pitch and catch...

I think LSU needs to get more touches to their backs. I would love to see Emery get more touches, see if this kid is the hype that was his recruiting. We're going to need this perennial hi-octane run game when we get to the meat and potatoes of the schedule.

Also. I know it's just Northwestern State, this Defense needs to start getting pressure on the QB, and this D-line needs to start getting off their blocks and pushing the O-lines around.

What are y'all hoping to see?

I would love to see Brennan play the entire second half of the next 3 games to get him reps and let the game slow down for him.

The Offense seemed to stall under Brennan in the UT game, but that’s probably due more to number of 2’s playing then anything else.

He’s going to need a lot more reps imo.

This goes without saying, but I want to see our Lines make it through unscathed. We need health and consistency out of both Lines if we’re going to make a run for the Playoffs.

With the injuries on the defensive side after the Texas game, we will get to see the young ones step up and end and linebacker. I am glad we have a Northwestern after a Texas game.

It might be a rough one to watch with our new expectations but I can see how it could be a down week after the last one. Win and heal the wounds.

He does. He came out on fire against GaSo, but once the adrenaline wore off he was pretty scatter armed.
