Nick Saban inducted into Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame.

I am grateful of the fact that Nick Saban put LSU Football back on the map and brought LSU a 2nd National Championship.

I’m not mad that he left to try his hand at coaching in the NFL. But coming back to the college world and coaching a division rival is just bad form.

I do not hate Saban, he’s stated several times they loved it here and regret leaving... but his current employer makes him #TigerBait

It's all about selling tickets to the HOF ceremony. Except for the halls of the NFL, MLB and basketball all of the lesser halls are a business.

It may be bad form from our point of view, but if I'm an up and coming face in the coaching game (and didn't hate Bama) I'd find their offer and very hard one to turn down.

It's called the Hall of Fame, not the Hall of great athletes in a real sport. Nick Saban is famous. The Junkyard Dog is in the Louisiana hof. He was an entertainer, not a participant in a real sport.

Phil Robertson of Duck Commander is being inducted this year
Other than a year ot 2 of football at Louisiana Tech he is famous because of a TV show.

Saban "retired" from coaching in Louisiana after the 2004 season. 15 years ago.

I think the really great ones should be inducted while they are still playing. Like Michael Jordan and Tom Brady. Wayne Gretzky was indicted into the hockey hof before he had retired.

Oh I agree with you 100%.

My opinion isn’t an unbiased one, i’ll admit. Just sucks for us how things ended up turning out.
